We ended up re-financing only now, but Peter has been very helpful since I first got in touch with him in 2019. Outstanding and awesome loan officer
Peter is a truly an outstanding and awesome loan officer! Frankly, our condo purchase would not have been successful without his amazing efforts that went far above and beyond our expectations! Due to the nature of our condo purchase, we had a much shorter-than-normal timeframe to remove our financing contingency - this required a loan pre-approval deadline that practically no other loan officer was able to meet. But Peter went totally out of his way to make sure that every step of the process got fulfilled ASAP. And it did! Because of his efforts, we were able to lock in a good loan rate, and be well ahead of the Close of Escrow deadline! Peter was very patient with us (homebuyer newbies) and he updated us on our loan process every step of the way. He is outstandingly efficient, detail-oriented, and truly concerned about making his client's home purchase a reality. We felt that he truly cared about us and the challenges we faced - he was never preoccupied with securing a quick deal like some other loan officers. We worked with Peter Keller for our home loan. Peter is one of the most hard-working loan officers we have come across. Peter is very responsive and always available to answer any questions (including weekends and off-hours). He has so much attention to detail and ensures that all the documents are perfect from the beginning of the loan process. He clearly explained the process and requirements from us. He also gave us a very accurate timeline. He worked with underwriting to ensure any questions are answered and documents requested. We must say that Peter made the loan process so much easy for us. Peter is an absolute rockstar mortgage broker. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him on our team when purchasing our first home. When we saw the house of our dreams during an open house on a Sunday, we weren't even pre-qualified yet, and offers were due in 4 days! Our realtor put us in touch with Peter who got on the phone with us Sunday evening at 8pm! Right off the bat he impressed us with his knowledge and patience in thoroughly answering all of our questions. We are the types of people who ask LOTs of questions... and did I mention the call started at 8pm on a Sunday? Well, he had us pre-approved for our loan by Tuesday, with a great rate and we were able to put our offer in time and it was accepted! Because we had not been planning seriously to buy a home just then, we had a vacation coming up 5 weeks after our offer was accepted. Peter was able to help us close in less than a month, which helped us out tremendously with the move before the vacation. The process was not at all straighforward because we were purchasing a condo so there were a lot of additional complications but Peter really fought tooth and nail for us to make it happen so that we closed early and had enough time to move and get relatively settled before our vacation! We truly couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker given his knowledge, ability to score really great rates, dedication and willingness to get on the phone with us anytime we needed him, and also his kindness and really wonderful character. Even now that we have purchased our home, we are incredibly thankful to have Peter monitor the interest rates for us and letting us know when it is a good time for refinancing. With our busy daily lives, it is hard to always keep on top of that, but we feel secure in knowing we have Peter in our corner to alert us of when will be a good opportunity to refinance. Read more
